Elle Rave is a professional divorce and family mediator practicing throughout New Jersey. Elle has received the designation of Accredited Professional Mediator by the New Jersey Association for Professional Mediators. This accreditation is given to those mediators meeting extensive educational requirements, peer review and recommendations.  Continuing education and professional experience are required for ongoing accreditation.  This is the only mediator accreditation available in New Jersey.

Following her own divorce, Elle became determined to help other couples through the process. In situations where there is mutual respect and a desire to see each other succeed in life, mediation can be a wonderful solution.  If there are children in the family, Elle believes in putting the needs of the children first and using that goal as a beacon to guide negotiations.

Elle has been a small business owner for many years, doing freelance work and other services.  She has a robust professional background in communications, administration, public relations and marketing. She won several awards for PR and communications in business consulting promotion and has enjoyed working with executives to promote their businesses through media and public outreach.

Elle has been privileged to volunteer in her local community in many different capacities, especially as it relates to families and children. Elle is on the Board of Directors of the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators.  She has been the administrator of her town’s summer swim team and has designed and implemented a successful marketing and outreach program for the local school and Christian parish.  She is an active volunteer at her church.

She has been committed to working with families who have been affected by a loved one’s addiction to drugs or alcohol.   In that capacity, she has assisted spousal and family members as they seek help in moving forward.

WHAT PEOPLE SAY

"Elle has a lot of experience in the divorce process. Navigating this terrain for the first time, you need a good coach who can answer questions. She was especially helpful in preparing me for meetings with my attorney and making sure I understood my options."
