Elle Rave has been a divorce mediator and divorce coach for several years. Following her own divorce, Elle became determined to help other couples through the process. In situations where there is mutual respect and a desire to see each other succeed in life, mediation can be a wonderful solution. If there are children in the family, Elle believes in putting the needs of the children first and using that goal as a beacon to guide negotiations.
Elle has been a small business owner for many years, doing freelance work and other services. She has a robust professional background in communications, administration, public relations and marketing. She won several awards for PR and communications in business consulting promotion and has enjoyed working with executives to promote their businesses through media and public outreach.
Elle has been privileged to volunteer in her local community in many different capacities, especially as it relates to families and children. She has been committed to working with families who have been affected by a loved one’s addiction to drugs or alcohol. In that capacity, she has assisted spousal and family members as they seek help in moving forward.
Elle is the administrator of her town’s summer swim team which offers an opportunity for over 100 children to compete in a local swim league. She is also proud of having helped raise over $42,000.00 annually for St. Therese School in Succasunna. She designed and implemented a successful marketing and outreach program for both the school and parish.
